At Dae.mn we’ve introduced Design Thinking as a way to focus on creative problem solving and putting people and users at the heart of everything we do. It’s an iterative approach that goes hand in hand with Agile and Lean practices. We’re getting all our consultants to think more like designers as a way to bring more understanding of people and the challenges they face and to help unlock true innovation.
